I stayed the same, which I’m actually happy about :). I thought I had gained. So 72.05 kg!

This week: 342.2 lbs
Down: .8 lbs
Not a great week, lots of family stuff. Not as much weight as I’d like or am capable of losing in a week. Hoping to be able to exercise and do much better this week.

Bummer. My healthy eating feel apart a bit and there was a lot of drinking due to celebration of an extension of my temp assignment that pays a living wage. This week I am going to have my food diary and a plan to go to the gym. Hopefully I’ll be down a pound instead of up one. As much as I’d like to fit in the dress, I think the only thing that totally bugs me right now is my thighs. They touch at the top and its driving me nuts. To make that not happen I’d have to a lot more weight. I think I’m going to make that my ultimate goal. When losing for the dress I didn’t want to lose too much so I’d fit into it perfectly. I’m just going to give myself license to keep going this time.
Hoping I do much better this week.

I stayed the same. I’m actually pretty proud of that cause with a family vacation this weekend, I definitely ate WAY too much. The week went pretty well otherwise. 5K is this Saturday, hoping to do really well! And I’ve got a family vacation to TN for hiking, so hopefully that will drop some pounds too.
