Last Week: 342.2 lbs

This Week: 338.4 lbs

Down 3.8 lbs

My goal is to keep going and losing.  Some weeks I lose more than others, but I’m at least going down and want to keep it up.

Worst week of my life weight wise. I’m retaining a ton of water bc it’s so hot!! 

Last week 175

this week 178

today a friend and I started Atkins, so far so good. I can’t wait to see a difference. Today was also the first day of summer classes. Once I get a feel for how the semester is going I’m going to start using the treadmill while the girls are in daycare, althought it won’t be a lot of exercise because I have to pick them up by a certain time, it’s still exercise and that’s a good thing.im just trying to lose weight at a time where it’s harder but it has to be done

My weight did not change.  I just saw one that one of my chronically overweight friends has lost what I have left to lose in 3 weeks.  I know I’m not going to lose that much but it has been inspiring.  With all the stress I’ve been under lately I just need to focus.  Yes I may or may not have a this great job after the next two weeks go by but nothing will change the fact that I couldn’t fit into my mother’s dress.  I don’t want that to happen so I am going to make it a priority now.  I need to put myself and my health first.  The ecomony will probably suck for a long time and that’s okay I’ve survived but if I don’t take care of myself I’ll have no one to blame but myself. 🙁  I hope to post some real loses in the next round.
