Weigh-ins: The weigh in thread will be posted to the fitness board on Sunday evenings and you will have until 9:30pm on Monday to get me your current weight. This will be in Japan time. For reference, Monday 9.30pm Japan time is 8.30am Monday in New York.

Hello fellow bees. I am 41 yo this is my second wedding. My weight last month was 203 today May 26 I am at 197. Wedding is in September 22. First fitlting is early July. I have to work hard in June. Goals to workout 3x week. Average 2 lb week. Try start following paleo principals. My weakness is snaking at work. Things I just cant give up coffee in the AM but now im doing 2/3 decaf 1/3 reg so im working on it. The other thing is a glass of white wine at night. Looking for support and ideas.

As of this morning I am, sadly, 72.3 KG. Goal is to be under 70 (for the first time in almost 10 years) by the end of 4 weeks. Due to ever constant injuries, I plan on doing the bulk through walking, with the occasional fitness blender workout thrown in (these are amazing), and a Jane Fonda workout DVD from 1985 with a friend!

So excited! Definately helps motivate me for this next round!!!
I plan to continue eating roughly 1200 calories a day, am starting an exercise biking regimine, and hope to meet or beat my percentage for last time.

Today I weighed in at 134.8 lbs.
My gym membership ends in a little less than 2 weeks. My goal is to continue working out 3-4 times a week despite lack of easy cardio machines 🙂
My ultimate goal weight is 125. Hopefully at the end of this round I am down to 130!

I’m in! I had a great start to the year, I dropped about 16lbs to get back down to wedding day weight BUT I’ve fallen off track and I’m pretty sure that I’ve put back on at least 10 of it, if not more which is why I’ve avoided the scale.
I will weigh tonight and I will get back on track! 🙂

I’d love to be involved!
I am getting married on August 10th and I’ve already lost 15 pounds doing Weight Watchers and excercising daily. I’d like to lose another 15 pounds before my wedding. I have my first dress fitting on June 29th and would like to be close to my goal weight by then. 15 lbs in a month is a lot to lose, but I’m focused.
My weight right now is 167. YUCK!

I would love to join!! I’ve been dieting for a while now but have been at a plateau for the past 2-3 months. 🙁 I’m getting married June 2014 and obviously want to lose to look amazing in whatever dress I end up getting, but the biggest thing for me is health (I am soo out of shape it’s embarrassing).
Current weight: 230 ( 🙁 but it’s an improvement, I’ve lost about 25 lbs since the fall)
Goal weight by May 2014: 160
Weight to lose: 70 lbs. but I have a year to do it!!
I plan on going to the gym 5x a week and eating as many veggies as possible 🙂
