I can however say that I fit into my 8’s a bit better so I think its muscle? Please let it be muscle.
Its been super hot out so I’ve only worked out twice, otherwise its like a friggen sauna! Eeew. My goal for this coming week are to work out more, man up and take the heat, eat less ice cream and keep a healthy state of mind.

I am taking a weigh in break for my sanity’s sake. I assume I am up but not sure. I had to take meds this week and I never take medicine so my body feels all crazy.

I almost forgot to post!
Well ladies, I have this whole maintenance thing down thats for sure.
Last week: 161.5
I swapped again. But I guess I can’t complain since I drank beer every night for about a week straight lol

This week: 157.4
That seems like a big loss in one week so I thought my scale was fooling me, but I weighed myself again and for sure that it is my current weight 🙂 I am now currently 22.6 pounds lighter then when I offically started my weight loss plan in the beginning of May.
Here is my picture comparison. The first photo is a picture from our engagement session and I was also wearing one of those tummy and thigh suck-in garments. The second photo was taken yesterday with NO help of extra suck-in garments 🙂
