@bretonvirgniia:  Sounds yummy! I don’t know if I would even notice the lack of animal products. On a side note what is glazed field roast (roast means meat to me)?

That all sounds awesome.  Are they making the pesto without cheese for you?  I assume you specified for that!

Are you going to have any appetizers?

I probably wouldn’t eat the roast, but I would definitely eat everything else. πŸ˜€

Oooh girl! I love it! I am a vegan bride and I can’t wait to see what our chef comes up with. Those all sound like fantastic plates! What are you doing for the mac and cheese? FH is dying for some yummy mac n cheese- the last vegan one we tried was awful!

I am not a big meat eater so all this sounds delicious to me! Squash ravioli is one of my favorite dishes!

That all sounds awesome! I’m vegetarian, so not totally vegan, but most of the weddings that I have been to have had less than wonderful vegetarian options.. It is always a little disappointing to see all of the meat-eaters get a FABULOUS meal, and I’m stuck with something crappy! Sounds like your guests will more than enjoy their meal!
