What’s your preference? I tried the one on the Knot but it’s not working for me for some reason. I don’t know if it doesn’t agree with my browser or what. I’m on a Mac with Mac OSX, and I like to use Safari.
Right now I have my guestlist on a Word doc and I’d love to stream it into some handy-dandy chart where I can keep track of replies and gifts.
Thanks in advance!

Excel in Google Docs was a great guestlist organizer for me, if only because it was web-based. I’m also using it for our seating chart. It allows my mom and my Fiance to see real time updates of everything.

I’m a fan of WeddingWire.com I like that I can manage my guest list and then there’s a seating chart tool. You drag and drop tables in the layout of your room, then you drag and drop guests into the chairs. I’m a visual person, so I like it.

I used weddingwire.com too. It was easy and the seating chart was a godsend when I was trying to figure out the layout for the reception. Our website was so easy for guests to RSVP online and it automatically updated when they did.
