Free DJ and orchestra. They are all friends of ours that we went to school with, and they are going to be guests anyways so they offered to entertain us. Can’t beat free!

I’ve had a couple. My ring was originally $4,800 and I got it for $1,100

And I got my dress for $400!

My venue rental w/ everything is only $200, then my aunt is making our cake for free!

It’s a tie:

I got my Tux (jacket & pants) for $140.  By the time I bought the rest of the outfit, and got the alterations done, it was around $400 including the shoes.

My top hat, on eBay, was $125; the silk plush is in perfect condition, and it came in its original case.  With shipping it was $155.  I logged into my paypal account to add money and pay; hadn’t been in there in like four years, and there were, I’m not joking, $160 in it that I didn’t know I had.

My vintage morning coat was $127, including shipping from the UK, and literally fit perfectly.  I didn’t alter it at all.

@sara_tiara:  love those!!!

So far almost every vendor I’ve booked has been at a discount, my venue is the same for ceremony and reception it includes all tables and chairs and was very reasonably priced compared to what I was first expecting to pay when I looked at less nicer venues including nothing yet charging way more! (shopping around is a must!)

My dress came with a free veil!

The best though would be photography and videography deal at 40% off – from a wedding show discount booking AND then DJ doing a deal for us on uplighting and pinspotting and also ceremony since we are booking him for the reception.

So I’m very blessed, tons of deals so far.

My biggest deal actually didnt pan out. I got 2 bridesmaids dresses from Davids Bridal for $49 (I think) each, they were originally $139. Unfortunately they didnt fit and because I got them on sale, they wouldnt take them back, so I ended up selling them.

My first e-ring was originally $600 and we got it for $280, but I dont consider it a fantastic deal because they always have it on sale now.

I got all my invitations, address lables, and RSVP cards for about $60 (down from about $120.) I dont consider that a great deal either though, because I ordered WAY too much, and if I had used my brain it would have been about $30.
