Hi Bees! I am from the WLC group…

I started my weight loss plan at 150lbs in January, after the holidays as part of my New Year’s resolution as well as our vacation that we took in April to Hawaii-which is where my fiance proposed  ๐Ÿ˜‰   I am so proud of myself…I have actually done very good about eating right and working out.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE & SWEAR BY Zumba..and I don’t go to classes-I do it right in my living room on my Wii.  $39.99 for this game is TOTALLY worth it!

This is my fiance (before he was my fiance) and I in December when I was at my heaviest….

My goal weight is 115lbs and as of last week’s weigh in on the WLC board- I weighed in at 122 lbs.

This is my latest picture..

Almost there bees!

Hope it’s not too late.

Over the past 2-3 years(length of time Fiance and I have been dating) we constantly ate out, therefore, he and I both gained a few pounds. He has recently started taking OneDB Overdrive pills which has helped him lose 12 pounds in the past month.

Neither of us are big exercisers, since we both don’t have much free time. However, Fiance just purchased Zumba for Wii for me for my Bday. So hopefully with that I will be able to shed some pounds. I have also in the past done some Tone It Up workouts. Those girls are so inspiring.

So, tommarow I have exactly 11 months before the wedding to shed some pounds. Plan: Zumba + Tone It Up exercises + Fresh fruit and Veggies(cutting out McD’s, Jack in the Box and all the other crap)

So without further ado…

Starting Weight: 127.4 pounds

(And I realize to some people this does not sound like alot but on a 5′ frame, it’s definetly noticeable)

Goal Weight: 115 pounds

(My weight whenever I met Fiance 3.5 years ago.)

@CindyRelly:Yes, that’s the fame. I havn’t gotten it out of the box yet though. And you do not need the board. Just a controller. And it comes with a belt that you put aroud your hip and it measures your hip movements.

@CindyRelly:

I dont even use the belt…Its feels awkward, and with how much you shake your booty, it kept riding up even though it was tightened and a couple of times my controller fell out of the pocket in the belt for it.  I would recommend just going ALL OUT with Zumba, without the belt and controller when your actually dancing.

Also..VERY IMPORTANT!- Make sure you have a supply of water VERY CLOSE by to where your working up a sweat..there are very short breaks within the excersice in between each stage that counts down from 15 seconds…giving you just enough time to stop, breathe, and rehydrate.  Really push yourself through til the end of the stage even when your booty is burnin’ and your legs feel like jelly…when the game “instructor” tells you stop and drink water, and starts the count down- you’ll feel great!

Good luck girls!

Hi Bees,

Im a week behind you all I think but would like to join, Im not exactly sure how much I weigh, I have been avoiding the scales for a bit, I think Im around 93kilos.

(205lb)  I had been doing well until 3 months ago I stopped smoking, from then on in its been eat eat eat and I really need to stop! I promised myself I would never get over 100 again and that number is hurtling towards me at the rate im going now.Any advice on how to get back in control welcome.

I also have PCOS which effects my ability to loose weight. I know that carbs are something my body doesnt process well, but I crave them constantly. Potatoes in all their forms are my downfall.

Im feeling pretty down on myself about it all just now, I feel like food is in control ๐Ÿ™

I want back on the wagon,
