ohhh whats flaxseed like? i dont think ive ever eaten it in anything?
i always try to fill up on my veggies and fruits since those are free. if im hungry i drink water first… because most of the time its just that im thirsty but i think im hungry… or im bored so i stuff my face lol. i also try to plan my day… if i know im going out to eat im very careful during the day and save my points for dinner…. if not then i try to space out my points… and if i have leftover points (which i usually do) i just dont use them (as long as all my healthy guidelines ie fruit veggies milk etc are fulfilled 🙂
oh and i try not to cheat but everyone does including me… and then i get right back on track the next day. i havent lost every time… in fact in the month i havent been in meetings i managed to gain 8 lbs… so now im working on getting that back off. its not easy thats for sure…. it helps my mom goes to meetings and i have a few friends who do ww too! so we all keep oneanother on track 🙂

I’m in! I was one of the TBL girls… I started at 177 and I’m down to 164. My goal weight is around 130 which I was before moving to the US. I’m using MyFitnessPal and it has been working great so far!

Woot! I love this idea!
I am a TBL girl. My current weight is 179.2 and my goal weight is 155. I am losing it very very slowly b/c I’m afraid I will put it all back on if I try drastic measures. So I’ll probably only lose 1 pound or so a week (if that), but I love keeping track on the thread!

Oh my goodness, I am so afraid of this. I am moving to the Milwaukee area in 5 weeks and 2 days (not that anyone is counting). I am lucky that I don’t like beer, however I LOVE cheese curds. De-lish. I am hoping to keep this whole healthy living going. We both love to exercise but we also LOVE to eat. This should be interesting. 🙂

ok so im a day or so late but my start weight is 283. my highest weight ever, including after having my son. Im about 20 higher than i was when i was 9 months pregnant. So needless to say im sooooo ready for this. I have started doing some cardio this week on monday so thats only 3 days in but im ready to go!

This is my first post on these boards, and what better way to start!
My name is Jen, I live in Portland Maine, and our wedding date is June 16, 2012.
I started at 252lbs and am currently at 231.6 (yes i count every bit)
My goal for the wedding is 198 and I fully believe I can do it this time and i have no intention of even trying on a wedding dress until i get closer to my goal.
Can’t wait to hear tips and motivation from everyone! we can do it!

Hi ladies I have wanted to loose the weight I gained after giving up smoking for almost 2 years now, enough is enough.
Current Weight 53.4kg or 117 pounds
First Goal 50kg or 110 pounds
Target 44kg or 97 pounds
Timeframe I want the weight gone by the start of October as the weather starts to warm up.
Therefore I need to loose approximately 0.7kg or 1.5 pounds per week. I should reach my first goal by 21st July.

I brought my dogs to the state park today and walked 3 miles. Had kashi cereal for breakfast, greek salad for lunch, and a turkey burger w/ lettuce and tomato on wheat bun with green beans for dinner. Good start to TBL! 🙂 Tomorrow I have an 11 hour work day, so hopefully I can do as good.

oh i totally recommend the meetings!!! i do the online but i still go to my meeting every wednesday night with my mom (and now my brother has joined too! yay) there are lots of great things discussed and i get recipes and the support is just amazing! i love it 🙂
