Today I went for a 3.1 mile walk and ran upstairs, 5 sets of hitting every stair and 5 sets hitting every other stair. Yay workouts!

I hope I’m not too late! I’ve been wanting this to start! I’m currently at 135, and I just want to be a bit smaller for the wedding.  Mainly, my arms and tummy region are a little bit more than I want them to be!

So, I’m all in!

Ok, I’ll bite.  I was always in the high 130/low 140s but went up to the high 140’s when I was sick for like a year and a half.  In Novemeber, when I started dieting seriously I was 148/149. Since then I have been losing weight VERY slowly.  

Initial Weight: 148

Current Weight: 136

Goal weight: 133 (we’ll see if this is possible I’ve never weighed less than 135 in my adult life).

@stephanie63087: its kinda sweet. You should try some. It is kinda pricy and def make sure to get the flaxseed meal. You can add it to so much stuff. Its yummy and sooo good for you!

I’ll have to look for flaxseed meal too!  Sounds wonderful! 

 

SO for dinner I Had a 6″ subway turkey and ham on flatbread. Not sure if that is really all that healthy but it wasn’t awful and it was YUM!

Going swimming tomorrow! Can’t wait cause I love to swim. Not so in love with showing myself in a bathing suit, but swimming is one exercise I never try to shorten. Not to mention when someone offers me something bad I just think of a white dress and turn it down. We’ll see how long that lasts… 🙂

Hi everyone! I am wanting to lose weight before buying my dress in November. I currently weigh 221 pounds and would eventually like to get down to about 160 (to start). Here is hoping that my week in Florida doesn’t totally put me off course! I am currently a size 16 and would like to get down to a size 10!

Wow this board has been so busy today, I hope everyone sticks to it!!  So many of the ladies dropped off of the WLC board.  I stuck to my 1500 calories today and did weight lifting at lunch.  A little tip for everyone – to spice up green beans, boil a can of green beans (drain 3/4 of the water) and add salsa, you won’t believe how much it adds flavor and the whole can is around 100 calories. 

So many inspiring stories.  We can do it!!!

I only worked out for about 30 minutes today which is short for me but considering the crappy news I got about an hour before that I’m happy I went at all. My weight is not making me happy right now. I start using a groupon tomorrow for Bikram Yoga so hopefully I’ll sweat off a pound or 5. Anyone done Bikram before? I LOVE yoga, we’ll see if I can handle the heat!

Guys, I gained 2 pounds.

Ive been working out everyday. Staying within my calories. Im so sad at this point. I just hate my body.
