PS, to everyone, THIS is why I love this board.  I have to stay late at work to finish this stupid experiment, and I am hungry!!!! And there is leftover pizza in the fridge that my coworker said is up for grabs. And it’s papa john’s with garlic dipping sauce (my favorite), and any other time I woulda just gone for it… but instead, here I am, posting on this board and reading all of your responses about calories and greek yogurt to keep me on track and in the right mindset.  No pizza for me, although it may be another cereal night when I get home. LOL

Didn’t lose any weight for Fridays weigh in but I am on day 2 of P90X. Hopefully this will allow me to see some results 🙂 *fingers crossed*

@katelynk: Yay! I did something similar, went to a restaurant with my fiance and mom, they had delish looking burgers, sweet potato fries, onion rings…. I held fast with a caesar salad. Woot!

@Hirondelle: I got as far as week 2, I try to run, er jog, during my walk, but I live up a dirt road with lots of hills! It’s fun to jog down them but I def, have to walk up them.  It’s a good program though, huh?  Good for you for jogging!

And wait, there is a couch to 5K app? What is it called… well, i guess I could just search couch to 5k.  Thanks Bees for keeping me motivated! I like this board way better than any Weight Watchers Board.

I had my first “bad day” on my diet. I had some chex cereal and chocolate peanut butter ice cream 🙁 But tomorrow is a new day!

This thread is sad and lonely. I miss you guys!

How is everyone doing today? I just forced myself on my lunchtime walk even though I really didn’t feel like it. Now for some salad.

@Keltaena: This thread is sad! Where are all the bees? We had so many to start and now it’s like 10 of us! sad face.

We had brunch brought in for administrative professionals day, i did okay, just a bagel and some fruit. hoping to get out for a walk at lunch!

I am feeling kind of depressed. I want to go home and drink a lot of wine, eat piles of pasta, and have ice cream! I am going to try try try to go to the gym instead. Oi.

I have been so good so far, I took my lunch box to Ikea instead of splurging on yummy meatballs and Daims (was is Ikea food so good and so crazy cheap?!) I made the hummus though, so it wasn’t that bad. I’m going to try to fit in a Wii workout tonight, but I don’t know if I will have time 🙁

Bah! What a crazy week it has been. I havent stepped on a scale since the first time I weighed in. Im too scared to do it again. Ive been eating really well and exercising a lot so hopefully something changes. Im more focused on my measurements than I am the weight. Maybe seeing those numbers go down quicker than the scale will make me feel better!!

@EasternShoreLoveStory:  I try to only weigh myself once a week or it becomes an obsession and then I weigh everyday which is bad for my confidence because I’m up and down a lot.

Did you take your measurements when you started? I enjoy seeing those numbers shrink even more than my weight!

Hey girls!
I did terrible for 2 days out of my 5 day weekend. But I did work out for most of the time I was away, which is good.

I weighed myself this morning and I gained a pound, but I am not too stressed about it because I am pmsing so whatever lol.

Keep up the good work ladies. We are kicking ass!

@Mrs.Mittens: Thanks. It’s just one of those days. . . Feeling tired and pointless and why-bothery. I also put a lot of money on something yesterday and then found a better deal, but can’t cancel apparently, so I’m feeling dumb. I also had a little tiff with Fiance this morning, which doesn’t help. blergh
