just ran my pups 2.5 miles!!! even though i didnt wanna… but they love it so i go πŸ™‚

and im weighing in tonight at weightwatchers! im pretty sure im down! so im excited!!!

oh and here are my lovelies πŸ™‚

Hi everyone! Just checking in.  I’m doing okay so far, except that I didn’t get my run in last night due to having to stay late @ work… and then I don’t get to run today (although I do have to go grocery shopping and push around a big heavy cart, which I think counts as exercise!).

Diet-wise I’m doing just fine… had a couple of close calls with some pizza but I said no and that is that.

I’m getting sick… boo… we’ll see how that affects this week’s weigh in… if I start feeling too cruddy I won’t get to run tomorrow either! crap.

We’ll see how it goes.  Hope everyone’s staying safe and away from tornados!

why do you feel very bloated and fat during TOM no matter what you eat? Its so hard to eat healthy why you feel like you just ate a whole cake!

Day 3 of P90X and I feel awesome! So much energy. I can’t wait till Friday to weigh myself. I too only weigh myself once a week now. Before this week it got to the point where I would hop on the scale a few times a day… that is definitely not healthy.

I’ve been MIA cause I’ve had the roughest health week I’ve had in a while…really aweful case of strep at the end of the week last week which was then joined in my body by a nasty stomach bug. I’ve been on the couch for almost a week. Either I didn’t lose anything or gained weight from inactivity, or I’ve lost tons of weight from the stomach bug which will then return next week. I’m gonna weigh in on Friday, but I’m not sure how realistic the loss will be if there is any. Looking forward to next week when I’ll be back on it!

oh gosh!  So I’m on spring break right now…I’m still going to weigh on friday (I brought my scale with me), but I’m hoping the scale doesn’t break!  I don’t feel like I’ve eaten too terrible, but I haven’t exercised at all.  πŸ™   We’ll see what happens soon enough!

I definitely took my measurements. I know that its the only way Ill know if my diet and exercise are working.

I did not have a good food day yesterday. I think I am just feeling overwhelmed with so much right now. I dont know why I think food is going to help? I wind up just feeling worse than I did before. This must be a bad week for quite a few of us.
