The first one is more romantic whereas the second is more bold/dramatic, so I suppose it depends on your taste. Both will look gorgeous on you!

Both are beautiful.  I think the second one is more glamourous and plays up the eyes more. That may be good in case you won’t have time to constantly reapply lipstick or gloss

I love those looks.  The first is a little more classic and the second is a little more dramatic.  I think for a NYE wedding, you should go all out with the dramatic look!
