It was and will be one of the most beautiful and cherished days of my life BUT boy am I glad it is over! I hope I am not the only one who feels this way. It’s almost been two weeks since I became Mrs. Fellis and I am still in recovery mode. With a few minor exceptions things where exactly how I envisioned them and I married the perfect man in a huge lupine field on the coast of Maine. I have a few Pro pics back and I just can’t wait to get the rest to share. A shout out to all those other brides who are so elated and ( relieved ) the circus is over. I know your out there!

I’ve still got 9 months until my wedding and I’m already ready for it to be over.

Yes! We have the same wedding date and I really expected to have some post wedding depression. But nearly two weeks later, all I feel is relief. It was a beautiful day, I wouldn’t change a thing and I am BEYOND thrilled that I never have to plan another wedding ever again for the rest of my life. Now it’s just writing thank you notes and waiting for the pictures… And doing all the name change paperwork… And then wedding time is officially over. Hallelujah!

@KatieBklyn: I think I can almost appreciate it more now that I am on the other side of it. I think once I get the pictures back I will really have a chance to reflect on how special it was. Good luck on the name changing, I am also in the middle of it and it is a process!

@Kit_Kath: Hang in there!! Towards the end of planning I only allowed my self one wedding planning day a week. We would dedicate sundays to wedding stuff and avoided anything wedding throughout the week to keep us sane!

@Jlee28: I feel the exact same way. I’ve still had wedding nightmares, and I’m so happy when I wake up and realize it’s all over, and I don’t have to plan a damn thing anymore. So happy to be DONE with it!
