@BP2Be:  Adorable regardless of the DNA, but I can see the AM staff and the spaniel. πŸ™‚ I’ve always wanted to have this done on our husky mix. My hubby thinks he’s mixed with Australian cattle dog and I think he’s mixed with Corgi.

@BP2Be:  how the hell did a Doberman breed with a KC Spaniel?!? Talk about awkward!! Haha

I think I can see the Doberman and the staffy-and I guess you’ve got them to thank for his coat!! His colourings are beautiful. Apart from physical appearances are you seeing any hints of his heritage in his nature? I’d be a little wary of the Doberman-staffy background in particular, is he particularly defensive/protective of you? Whereas the KC Spaniel/Lhasa would make him a bit more subdued?

He is very handsome all the same πŸ™‚

@StarryNight2011:  mixing anything with corgi automatically makes it awesome in my opinion πŸ˜‰ hehe I may be slightly biased though!! Pics?

He’s so handsome! I definitely see the doberman now that he’s a big boy.

I want to do this with my rescue, but don’t know if it’s really worth it. I am very curious. Do you think it’s worth it?

@BP2Be:  Based on the puppy pic, I thought it was a Bernese Mountain Dog. I didn’t see the bull dog in him.

Based on the current picture, I guessed Doberman and pit bull. Looks like I was pretty much spot on!

@BP2Be:  The lazy, cuddly, lovey traits actually sound VERY Cavalier King Charles to me! They are known to be little “love sponges.” They would just sit on your lap and give you love all day long if you let them. The CKC I know is probably the most affectionate, sweet dog I have ever met!

@StarryNight2011:  Sorry to get off topic, but can you post (or send me) a picture of your dog?  That sounds similar to the debate with one of my dogs!!

OP I just have to say your dog is ADORABLE!!!  He does not look like he would weigh 85 pounds!

@BP2Be:  Yep! I’m personally familiar with both Rotts and Dobies. I can definitely see pit bull in Percy’s face, and his legs are too slim to be part Rottweiler. Plus, his coat is short and the ears are a great match!

Super cute pup!
