- Wedding: October 2013
Despite my reference, our e-pics were severely lacking Sue-Ellen’s style and fashion. Despite that, I still think they turned out pretty amazing!
We are lucky enough to have a good friend who is a fantastic photographer looking to break into the wedding biz. After we got engaged, we happily jumped at the opportunity to be his guinea-pigs. I think in the end, we definitely benefited the most 🙂
I have to admit, I was super anxious about taking e-pics – even with a friend behind the lens. However, Ryan did a fantastic job just letting us be ourselves. Here’s a sampling of his amazing work:
(Sorry in advance for the gratuitous amount of shots – I tried to narrow it down but failed pretty miserably…)
I really appreciate the he took many of the classic engagement shots, but allowed us to still be us. I mean, he indulged my obsession with shoe photos and kept all my prop pictures from turning out super corny:
And as I said before, he let us be us…
In all honestly, some of the Kid and my favorite photos are the silly ones above.
All in all, I loved the entire e-pic experience and would recommend our friend to anyone in the NoVA/DC/MD area. Now, I’m even more excited for the wedding photos 🙂
Thanks for looking!
