maybe get some exercise in the evenings after dinner, so you are physcially tired?

if i can’t sleep, i will sleep on the sofa and turn on the tv, with the subtitles on and the volume down low. you need a show without much music, law & order is perfect! i fall asleep within an hour pretty easy.

I kind of have the same issue… im tired want to sleep but lay down and cant, i lay on my belly and kick my legs on the bed 100 times and then im usually good. sometimes i need to do it twice.

someone suggested taking a kick boxing class, im looking into that now. Maybe you should look into getting into a boxing class where you can really hit something, maybe a late night class to its close to when you go to bed…

I sometimes will get like this and keep an herbal supplement, SleepMD, on hand.  I take it and after about 30-45 mintues, I can’t even keep my eyes open.  But since it is all herbal, it isn’t addictive nor does it cause dependencies.
