Hello my flower bees! Am I in need of your help!
Could I make my bouquet from several smaller bouquets? Has anyone done this, or seen it done?
Why would I want to do this, you may ask? Well…
I am going with the “non-bridesmaid” idea (these friends will be acknowledged, but not on display during our wedding ceremony–thank you for all the “alternatives to bridesmaids” posts!).
They will participate in what I call the “friendship flower offering.” At the beginning of the service, each will walk down the isle with a small bouquet. They will hand it to my Maid/Matron of Honor, who will bunch them together with the help of the Bridesmaid or Best Man. When I walk down the isle, my Maid/Matron of Honor will hand me my bouquet–a combination of flowers from the non-bridesmaids.
I’m likely going to be doing all of the bouquets DIY, very natural looking, so I’m not picky about having it look like the perfect bouquet in the end–I’m just trying to get a sense of what bunches of bunches of flowers will look like…
