My advice- go to a jeweler and ask them to make it.  They may even be able to engrave a design acceptable to your Fiance onto a plain gold band.

This website has by far the best celtic rings I found. And trust me, I did EXTENSIVE research! I searched for about 4 months before I found the perfect ring for my Darling Husband. This site has some many great ones that he had a problem deciding on the "one". He ended up getting one of the titanium ones with the recessed knotwork, but he didn’t have to worry about matching me since he had bought my rings as a set. Here’s the website. Good luck!
