It’s tulle. It says so in the description on the Maggie Sottero website

My mistake sorry! The Isadora is tulle. I thought they were more or less the same only the Isadora Ann is short. I googled it and point D’espirit is a type of tulle. Maybe it’s lighter than regular tulle.
