@Glasgowbound:  You got it! 🙂 I think Mal said it first, but I’m taking it from River.

@jny1179:  Aww, that’s awful. Comforting thoughts towards your friend. 🙁

Status (MC cycle/rest cycle/TTC cycle):  MC cycle

MC History:  My miscarriage was found at my 8 week appointment September 4,2012. I had a d&c Friday and currently am recovering from that.

Issues (if any):   I am 36 years old, 37 in November. Also I have hypothyroidism

Action Plan for next TTC cycle (ie Baby Aspirin, progesterone, etc): No Idea, I just know I want to try again.

Link to chart: N/A

Current coping strategies/favorite inspirational quotes: I just trust in gods plan for mr. I know that sounds cliched. But it is the truth. I lean on my husband and friends when I need to and look forward to TTC again.

This may be a Too Much Information question… But ladies that have had d&c’s, how long did you spot afterwards?  I had my d&c last friday which would mean I am almost a week out and still having some spotting.   Just wondering if its normal or should I call someone.   Everything I rad online says a few days.

@MrsFireChief:  I’m so sorry to see you here, I was following your posts. I had a d&c 2 years ago and honestly can’t remember how long I spotted. I want to say at least a few days. Are you having pain or cramping at all? As long as it’s just light spotting with no other symptoms I would say wait a little longer but if you have anything else, cramping, excessive pain, fever, definitely give the doc a call.

@MrsFireChief:  I spotted for exactly a week and was told that was normal.  I hope it goes away soon!

@jny1179:   Thank you very much For your kind words. I’m not feverish…I do have mild cramping occasionally, nothing worse than menstral cramps.

Hi Everyone,  I know you all will understand.  I got a BFP last week at 10ish DPO.  Went for bloodwork and everything was great.  Literally 5 min before I was going to call the dr on Friday for the results I started to spot.  I’ve (knock on wood) not had ANYTHING since Friday afternoon…. But, I’m scared outta my mind.  My HCG was 45 and my progesterone was 19 (really good for me).  Good numbers for 10-11dpo. I’m going back tomorrow for a follow up to see if they’re progressing…. but once again- Scared.   I had ordered a bunch of Wondfo’s last week… so I’m TRYING to hold my pee (which is HARD to do these days)- and make sure that the line gets darker each day- so far- so good.

I want to shout that I’m Knocked Up from the rooftops- but scared to really tell anyone.

@mrsc630:  if it was dark red/brown/black spotting, you’re most likely fine. That’s just the LO burying in deeper. If it was bright red, or becomes bright red, that’s not so good. Please keep us posted after you see the doctor tomorrow.

Status (MC cycle/rest cycle/TTC cycle):  MC cycle

MC History: This wasn’t my first pregnancy however this was my first MC.

Issues (if any): None that I know of.

Action Plan for next TTC cycle (ie Baby Aspirin, progesterone, etc): As of right now Darling Husband and I have decided to not TTC right away. As much as we want to be parents and hold our LO we need some healing time. This experience has brought us from an all time high to a complete low. I wish no one had to go through this … it’s so fustrating and painful (physically and emotionally). Maybe we’ll be ready in a few months? Time will tell.

Current coping strategies/favorite inspirational quotes: I’ve been lurking on this board all week and finally decided to post. All of you ladies are so supportive of each other and give me hope. I pray when Darling Husband and I are ready that it’ll work out for the best.
