When I am stressed, I go for a walk or go shopping.

I usually work out to take pressure off; then make a list of all the things.

Then I break down my list in smaller tasks.
Then I put these in order of when it needs to be done

Then I tackle them one by one.
That’s all you can really do; one small action at the time, and break down your stress with all your small successes with your mini-tasks.

I’m a list-er too! It gives me some small feeling of control and success when the big picture would just stress me to pieces.  Also…guilty confession…I change my hair.  I cut it, or I dye it, or I do both!  Somehow, that always seems to make me feel more in control of any situation, if I just have a little control over SOMETHING. Silly, I know! 🙂

Ooh I love lists. And I love crossing things off lists, that really helps.

Otherwise I try to just put my feet up and snuggle a kitty. Watch a good movie. Vent on WB 😉 I bake a lot to relieve stress, but I’ve been trying to cut down on that since I have to get into a bikini for the honeymoon.

I go the gym or for a jog/walk, I’ve also been cleaning my house a lot (don’t know what that’s about, but it makes me feel better LOL).  Oh and I’ve got my pets too, they are great stress relievers :0)
