Ok, I had to change the channel because you were both talking about this movie, I really like it, and it’s been a while since I’ve seen it…

Gosh, he’s got so many so I’ll pick some of my favorites!

My hubby does this weird think where it looks like he’s chewing something when he’s thinking really hard or focused (like when he’s working on a project around the house or playing xbox).  Really, he’s doing this thing where he kind of bites on his tongue…hard to explain, but I always make fun of him for it.

When he starts talking so fast sometimes his brain gets ahead of his mouth and he’ll say something along the lines of, "I’m doing it ‘am-min’ I?" (It’s supposed to be ‘aren’t’  It cracks me up everytime!  Hahaha, he doesn’t even realize he says it until I start laughing and I always joke I’m going to make him a shirt that says it.

He snores, but only if he’s lying on his back and when he’s starting to drift off he ALWAYS twitches.  You’ll tell him he’s falling asleep and he denies it, but you know by the twitching. — I always make fun of him because he’ll easily fall asleep at like 9pm and I’m all wide-eyed until the middle of the night.

Ok, so now we have to hear from you Mr. and Mrs. Bee!

@Lillindy – My Fiance does the twitch thing as he falls asleep too. Totally ruins the whole cuddling thing since he falls asleep before me so I get to lay there and feel him twitch’n all over me.. haha.  He can fall asleep in like 30 seconds too.  Even if he’s slept all day.

He has soo many, though most of the ones I can think of are inappropriate.  Fiance is obsessed with Craigs list.  He will sit for hours looking at stupid stuff that he would never buy.  When he bores of that he moves on to the "Rant’s and Raves" section.

Whenever my Fiance is really excited about something and talks about it, he wrings his hands and generally does things with his hands. He’ll also stroke his chin/beard. It’s really weird and I know he doesn’t know he’s doing it. It gets even worse if he’s drunk. It’s actually kind of distracting now that I notice it. I can just picture him in meetings at work doing it and I cringe. Hmm what else…he does the twitching too. It gets worse if he’s been working out. Something about muscles. Ha, I wonder what he would say about me!

Ooooh great post!

No one else knows how mushy my guy is. He’s a tech geek. He rides a Harley. But he is super mushy and emotional.

He also has a quirky, dry sense of humor but no one else knows how much of a goofball he can be when it’s just us.

🙂 such a cute post!

Boy has a weird one: both sides of his face need to feel the same. So, if you rub one cheek has to touch the other one to make it balance. Same thing with the shoulders, so he really hates when people tap him on the shoulder.  It’s funny- he always tries to hide it, but I know better!

I’m looking forward to exploring all of these things for many years to come, when we’re married and living in the same place. (finally!)

I don’t think at this point in our short, long-distance relationship that there is a whole lot to share here…but I’m enjoying reading everyone else’s!

Aw, this post makes me smile!

Whenever he’s concentrating really hard on something, he sticks the tip of his tongue out although I’m not sure he even notices. He also does the twitching thing right before he falls asleep, but only when he’s really tired.

This is a great post!  I love reading everyone’s responses.

My Fi likes to sing to me or the dogs when we’re alone in the house.  He always puts our names into the songs or makes up new lyrics to individualize the song even thought it always makes the song super goofy.  This morning he was singing Jimmy Buffet’s Another Saturday Night…  "It’s Saturday night and I’ve got Louie-doggie.  He’s eating Milkbones ’cause I just got paid…"

Lindy- fiance does the tongue-chewing thing too.  It totally drives me nuts.  I always ask him how his tongue tastes!

Also, he can’t whistle, but he always tries… It’s this breathy half-whistle, no-whistle thing that sounds flat and horrible.  I always tease him when he does it by whistling a complicated little tune.  He gets so mock-mad!

You know you love someone when you love all the little quirks that would otherwise drive you mad!

Oh, this is adorable. I have to post.

When my Fiance is watching tv or listening to a particuarly interesting radio show on NPR (we’re super dorky, yep), his mouth will fall open slightly and his eyes will kind of glaze over and I can tell his mind is going a thousand miles an hour.

And when we sleep together, he gets really cold in the middle of the night and will scootch closer to me…regardless of where I am on the bed. If I scootch because I happen to be warm (which is often the case), he’ll scootch me right off the bed!

@Mrs. Spring- My Fiance also does the super goofy made up lyrics thing…to pretty much any song. And he likes to spontaneously dance in grocery stores, in line at the movies, while we’re playing mini-golf…he’s silly. I pretend to hate it, but secretly I adore it.

Umm … my fiance can’t burp. It’s so funny. He tries so hard and he can’t do it. I guess some would say I’m lucky, but since he can’t burb he gets terrible heartburn and turns into a big baby.

When he wakes up in the morning and he doesnt have his contacts in (sometimes he sleeps in them, sometimes he doesn’t) I love watching him search for his glasses cause he looks like a lost little puppy. Sometimes I move them just so I can watch him attempt to find them – oh I’m so mean. hehe.

He also does the twitch thing and can fall asleep instantly … it’s so annoying!!

HB- I can’t burp either 🙁  It’s really sad, but I certainly know that I would abuse the privilege if I had it!

@Doc: Haha, that’s the first person I’ve ever heard of doing the same thing.  I always ask him how it tastes, too!

Mine is, he can tell when I am upset/nervous because I chew my nails.  I really try not to and even have acrylics, but when I get really anxious, I just can’t help it.

FI’s Is that he has to have everything equal. Like if I tickle the back of his right hand, he will hold out his left hand and I tickle it too.  Or his ears, face, anything….he always says, "You have to make it equal"….lol
