This maybe a dumb question, but i need your help Bees.
I can’t wrap my head around what happens when a photographer captures the bride getting into her gown. Is he (I have a male photographer) seeing her bits from start to finish or does he turn around until she is somewhat in the dress and then start shooting?
I ask because i have a huge ballgown that has to go over my head, and I have had cups sewn in, so I will be bra-less. As it is strapless, I can’t wear a slip for modesty, and even though I’ll probably be wearing stockings, I don’t want him to see my donk.
What are your experiences with this? Would love to hear what goes on.

@LuckyJuls: I had a female photographer, but still didn’t want to flash her or the bridesmaids. So I wore a button down shirt and a pair of exercise shorts. Once the dress was over my head I unbuttoned the shirt and took it off. The shorts came off once I was in the dress.

I would assume the photos are staged, as in you get dressed but the pose with a bridesmaid zipping up your dress etc?

If you look at most of those photos, they are largely taken after the bride is mostly covered, They are also largely taken from angles where he wouldn’t see anything, even if you are going to be braless.

@Cabbagefairy: That was always my assumption as well.

So essentially, I get into my dress partially and then the photographer comes in? That makes sense lol.

@Ms. Martian: Yah. I just assumed this too.
