I get a dramatic phone call at work from my bridal shop, as well as 2 incoherant messages on my cell phone from the shop owner. on March 17th my sister (MOH) and I ordered her dress and my wedding gown. well, fortunately, no issues with my gown, but they completely forgot to place the order for her gown. and they are just figuring this out 4 months later. the reason she figured it out, i asked her to call and find out when the dress was going to arrive. The shop owner could not tell me how it happened. I am very proud of myself for keeping it together. The dress is completely paid for as well. Now I am in a holding pattern to see if the dress can get delivered in time. If I should have to choose another dress, I feel like I should get some kind of discount on another dress. what do all of you think?
