I think it’s cute! I recently started loving the name after my Fiance and I started watching The 100 haha! One of the character’s names is Finn.

Finn makes me think of Cory Monteith which gives me the sads.

You could go with Finbarr and name him Finn.  Too weird?  It’s actually a pretty common Irish name (and my BIL’s name.  But we call him Barry.)

A friend of mine named her baby Finn last year.  It’s totally a boys name to me.

I love it. Sounds masculine to me.

smilestorm:  I know a Finley and she’s a she. I have a Finnegan boy in my family. Sister was thinking of Finton too. Finton sounds more masculine than Finley to me.

smilestorm:  Good luck! It sounds like it’s kind of a fun debate you are having with your hubby.

smilestorm:  I prefer just Finn or also Finnegan, Finley does sound like a girl’s name to me and I know a little girl named Finley.

I know a griffin who goes by Finn. Another option your husband may like?

smilestorm:  Finnegan will always be Mr. Dressup’s dog to me.  I can’t get past it.  But if you aren’t my age (or Canadian) it may not matter.
