  • I would ask when you can get into the venue to set up, as well as what time everything has to be packed up and gone.
  • What money is due on what dates (or if there’s anything that has to be paid on the day of so you can bring cheques).
  • Finalize the menu with the caterer.
  • Any decor the venue is supplying should be confirmed and reconfirmed, along with numbers.
  • Are there any parking details you should be aware of both for guests and vendors?
