I had done some reading up on the Paleo diet, I like the theory. My current eating philosophy folllows more the Michael Pollan & Nina Planck approach (eat “real foods”). Although I have not tried to completely follow the Paleo approach (I like cheese way to much!), I am currently trying to incorporate an increasing amount of paleo meals into my diet.
