@missgrace91:  Love your story!  I was a waiting bee for what seemed llike forever when I finally just threw up my hands and just enjoyed the ride.  A relationship is a experience not an event.  Sounds like you had an amazing evening!

@missgrace91:  aww sounds like you two had a great time! My bf forgot our 3 year anniversary last year, and I didn’t even remind him bc I know how bad he is with dates…he showed up a few days later when he realized he had missed it with flowers and drinks lol I have told him that I expect for him to remember this year, to which he told me what he’d like to do that day, nothing extraordinary but very chill and him, so we’ll see how it goes haha

@missgrace91:  Sounds like a wonderful date and I can definitely relate! I can truly say that my SO is my very best friend. We tell each other all the time how after 7.5 years we still enjoy each other’s company! We moved in together April 2013 and I worried that we would begin to cramp each other’s style so to speak and get in each other’s way but I can’t believe in two months we would have been roommates an entire year! Surprised Which is proof-positive how we must have so much fun together if even in the same house the time still flies by. Smile I still enjoy coming home to see him in the evenings, enjoy our movie/TV show time, enjoy hearing about his day and telling him about mine, the whole nine yards.  This Valentine’s Day will be the first time we ever took a trip to celebrate (we have always been dinner and a movie/exchange small gifts kind of a couple).  We leave this Wednesday to an undisclosed location that SO won’t reveal until we get there I guess (or get to the airport and I see what gate we are going to lol!). Can’t wait! Laughing

@missgrace91:  aww! Sounds perfect.

i am very much enjoying “the ride” right now. Learning more about each other every day, appreciating how wonderful our relationship is, because although I’m “waiting” he’s not yet “late” I don’t expect a proposal for another 6 months, so I’m not at all anxious about this time. I trust him completely and I know that when he proposes it will be superb.

My prefect moment of the weekend: after a stupid busy week, we spent Sunday afternoon on the sofa under the duvet watching game of thrones! 🙂
