Well, I got a +OPK yesterday, so here’s hoping my body snapped back post-MC…I’m temping, so we’ll see. We had sex last night and this morning (this morning with Preseed) and when we started, DH whispered “I want to put a baby in you” into my ear. Not quite the dirty talk he usually gives me, lol. We’re planning on having sex again tonight, and tomorrow morning to be on the safe side.

It’s weird, but as badly as I want this, since the MC I’ve been terrified to actually get pregnant again. I’m so scared of seeing another “Pregnant” and then losing it a week or two later. I know a couple bees on here are TTC post-MC, any advice on how to deal with it?

@Mrs Sarah McK: It may not go away. I don’t want to sound negative, but everyday I’m afraid I’ve miscarried. If a symptom waivers or changes I instantly think I’ve MC’d. I hope that after the first trimester I can relax little.

@Mrs Sarah McK: Hahaha “I want to put a baby in you”.

Last night after BD my Fiance commented, “that one was twin boys!”

I am cycle 1 post MC… I feel exactly the same as you. I almost don’t want it to work… but then on the other hand I really really do. I just don’t want to get all excited for no reason.

So an update:

I am CD 19 and normally I would have O’d on CD 14/15… and still nothing… No EWCM and no temp hike either… This is my first month temping so I don’t know if I know exactly what I am looking at but there has been no big changes… *sigh*

How am I feeling: Discouraged. I am thinking about stoping trying and focusing on planning our wedding instead. I really really want a baby but I am just kinda really bummed about it right now. I don’t want to have another MC and feel that pain again. I told my Fiance that I was thinking about focusing on wedding right now and stoping trying and he was really sad…. I don’t know….

Oh and on a happy note watch this: http://vimeo.com/25845008

@mwitter80: Yep – I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. He told me today that he wants to take a whole day off from work so he can ‘do it properly’ and not have to rush – I’m letting him do it however he wants, so long as he feels comfy with it! At least he doesn’t have to get the sample at the clinic though – awkward. The instructions here say to get it to the lab within an hour, keeping it warm.

@Mrs. Bonnie Blue: That sounds good! I hope you get your smily face soon. Are you using the throw away digitals, or your CBF monitor?

@JaneyD: Oh, poor love. I’ll give him some credit, he’s started talking about it more now – I think I just needed to give him some time to get used to the idea.

@JaneyD: I am so glad you’ve got those appointments coming up! I’m already looking forward to our next RE visit, because it means I will have finished a cycle, so we’ll know if 25mg of Clomid did the trick.

@Mrs Sarah McK: I haven’t been through it, but I can totally understand that fear and it’s a perfectly normal one to have after a MC. Just try to remember that each pregnancy is different. *hugs*

@mwitter80: I hope you can relax soon too – how many weeks are you? I’m prepared to be a nervous wreck if I’m ever pregnant.

@PennyLainne: Your body might just be a bit out of whack after the drama – I hope you ovulate soon, or at least move on to your next cycle to give it another shot!

Hi Ladies.

This thread is getting too big so I’m going to have to close it.  Can you start another one?

Thanks!
