@shimmerofheaven:That’s SO nice to have that IRL support. I wish I had someone like that but the ladies here have definitely filled that hole in my life ๐Ÿ™‚

@MrsFarmer:I think that it really depends on the person. I’ve read instances where even losing something like 5 pounds has made a difference! I don’t mind sharing at all. I’m 5’6″ and I used to weigh 186. At that time I was getting a period every 3 months or so and a lot of my other PCOS symptoms were spiraling out of control. By the time we got married this June I weighed 133. My periods became regular after I’d lost about 20 pounds I think? And I O’d naturally for the first time the month before our wedding. I still O late but at least my body is doing it on it’s own which is the most important thing to me. I talked to my doctor and she said that my weight was probably too low for my frame at 133 so now I fluctuate between 138 and 142.

@brox:  It seems like that’s what it takes for a lot of people!  Just forget about it and stop worrying–that’s what my Mom told me too.  But saying it and doing it are two totally different things!

@Running Elley: Thank you for all the info!  I’m know I could stand to lose 10-15 pounds, so that will be something I’m going to be more mindful of.

Question: Does anyone here have a retroverted uterus? I was told by my GYN recently that I have that, and I was wondering if it’s caused you any problems. Having one definitely explains why I always had back pain during my periods, that’s for sure!

@shimmerofheaven: Mine is anteverted – not sure if it’s the same thing or not?

Welp. Today is CD25 for me. I had a small temp drop, still no OPK & the same ‘high’ estrogen reading on the CBEFM. I have to say, I’m so frigging bored. I just want an ebb/flow when TTC, not this constant stupid wait. 6 days til my RE appointment.

Also, I’m off from work today with the stomach flu (omg, the most horrific morning ever – let’s just say I will NOT be a good morning sickness person) and I feel crap.

@Running Elley: Yep. If I was making friends with a toilet bowl because of morning sickness, that wouldn’t be so bad – but just being sick for no reason is crap.

@Running Elley: Agreed to EVERYTHING you just said.

Also, re the puppy mum thing from the blog {crossing paths, here} – it won’t happen til at LEAST April. So I’m waiting for THAT, too. *head desk*

@jaguar:I know that it’s not funny but I just laughed out loud. That’s the way it always goes, isn’t it?? At least there’s a finite date on that though ๐Ÿ™‚ AND you’ll almost 100% be in your house by then! I’m foreseeing a great spring (U.S. spring….I know that you guys are in spring or summer right now so maybe it’ll be your fall?? I can’t keep it straight!!) for you and J in 2012 ๐Ÿ™‚

@Running Elley: Yep – there’s always a better year in store. Let’s hope 2012 is full of fun things for all of us, eh? (And at least my dodgy ovaries have nothing to do with me being the best damn puppy mum I can be.. when the time comes.)

@jaguar:You can just laugh in your ovaries face (???)…the puppy mommy performance is definitely not something that they can interfere with. So there silly reproductive organs.

Only 15 more minutes and I’m off for a 4 day weekend! Yayyyyy

@Running Elley: Lucky you!

I’m back on class tomorrow (if the sickness settles down) and then normal old weekend here. Counting down the weeks until Christmas holidays!!
