@orvis18:  So still very early, take the digital tomorrow morning to confirm, but I say it’s a BFP! =)  I’m 12dpo this morning, and 11 last night when I took the first test.  I didn’t test before that though.

@jaguar: I just feel like Clomid 25mg is REAAAAALLY treading lightly. I’d just make it clear that you want to be super aggressive, because you’ve been essentially trying for what – almost two years? 25mg just isn’t gonna cut it anymore!! Hopefully he’ll see that it did absolutely nothing this cycle and will up the dose significantly.

@bunnylovesbear: I will get my blood test results about 2 hours after my appointment on Thursday, so at least that’s the good part! The hard part is just waiting for Thursday to get here! It would be insane if we ended up getting our sticky babies together – what are the odds!! πŸ™‚

@winniewolf: Thanks so much! I appreciate it πŸ™‚

@elchalten: That is so sweet of you. Thank you.

I’m definitely feeling like a pregnant person today. Nauseous, gagging, serious lower backache, large nipples with lots of blue veins, still having creamy CM. Ugh. I’m about to start work for the day so hopefully that will keep me distracted….

@orvis18: Congrats on your BFP’s!!! So wonderful!!

Here at 6DPO, according to FF. Finally went back down to Low this AM on my CBFM after 16 (16!!!!!!!) High days without any Peaks. Temps are staying up for right now – although I’m not sure if they should be higher or what exactly I should be looking for, since this is my first time temp’ing.

No symptoms that I can tell. I was pretty fatigued yesterday and couldn’t get to sleep last night, even though I got very little sleep over the weekend. Probably just overtired. Also, today I’ve had this huge cramping sensation, but it’s more up in the upper part of my stomach. So….pretty sure that means nothing.

Oh, and DH and I are still fighting, so I don’t have anyone to talk to about this. So sorry if I talk a lot!

@MrsMaine:I’m sorry that you’re still stuck in limbo. It must be a horrible feeling. I guess that all you can do is take it one day at a time!

Welcome to all of the newcomers, for your sakes I hope that you’re not around here for long πŸ™‚

Here’s an update on us….Our official month off of TTC for testing is OVER as of today!! Today is CD1 and I’m really feeling positive about this cycle. I have a doctor’s appointment this Wednesday to go over my test results and formulate a plan for meds after we see what my hormones are doing naturally. The good news is that since we weren’t trying this cycle I didn’t take any extra supplements, vitamins or meds. I really wanted to see what my body did naturally. Other than the 12 day AF it went pretty smoothly and I’m sure AF was only that long because it was an early MC. I O’d naturally and was able to pinpoint when that was (CD 29) and I had a 12 day LP with no spotting before AF started (which almost never happens for me!). Here’s to a new cycle πŸ™‚

Thank you all for the comments. I really appreciate the support and will definitely check back in once I take a digital. It’s so nice to be able to talk openly about this process. Thanks again!

@Running Elley: Awesome that you are done with the “test” cycle and onto your next! Here’s hoping that you get a nice BFP as a Christmas present!

I just had to vent about getting blood work at Quest. I went on Wednesday and had an appointment. They took me right away (yay for no waiting), but I got the meanest lady. She wanted nothing to do with small talk and clearly hated her job. That’s fine…I understand that not everyone loves their job, but when someone is trying to be nice to you…be nice back. I thought maybe she just had a bad day. She ended up bruising the heck out of my arm (I never bruise with blood work), and though that it was just b/c she had a bad day. Whatever…

I go back again today and the same lady is there. There are like 3 others and I was praying I didn’t get her. Of course, I did…and she was as mean as ever. You should see my arm…no lie, there is blood under my skin where she stuck me and my whole crook of my arm is completely bruised again. I was so mad that I wrote feedback on Quest’s website. I understand if you don’t like your job, but your hurting patients and clearly aren’t doing something properly. I feel bad for anyone who has to go to this woman to have blood taken. She clearly needs more training on how to do this properly. Grr…

@2PeasinaPod:I’m sorry that you had that horrible experience πŸ™ Unfortunately I can relate. I got my last bloodtest done last Friday and my arm is still sore! And you can visibly see a bruise. I love how they have locations absolutely everywhere but I’ve only had a few good experiences with the employees there…and I’ve had A LOT of blood tests done. We can be bruised buddies lol.

@Running Elley: I know! I was thinking the same thing! I had one really awesome experience there…it was a lady who was just helping out on a weekend at my local Quest, and she was fantastic. I barely felt it and she was finished before I even knew it. I told her that she was by far the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had draw blood from me, and she said I made her day :o) I wish they were all like that!

Until then, we’ll look like heroin addicts together…haha…

@2PeasinaPod:LOL I lab jump because I have to go when I have time so I go to a different one almost every time. At first I thought that maybe my local lab was the issue but I can honestly say that I’ve had the same problem with every single one I’ve been to (I think it’s something like 7 total!). My one good experience was last Wednesday’s phlebotomist and he actually commented on my arm’s state! As soon as I pulled up my sleeve he was like “Woah, someone’s really done a number on your arm!” Yeah….definitely drug addict status. I almost just took a picture to show you πŸ™‚ haha.
