I kind of think it looks cool with the straps on your arms, could she work that, it follows the line of the bodice.

Itty-bitty titty committee! LOL!

I personally love the straps with that dress – they really add to the whole vintage Hollywood bombshell look by making you look extra curvy.

Though I’d get them tightened a bit so they’re sitting on the top of the shoulder rather than further down your arms.

ETA: The strap placement I’d be thinking of would be something like this:

IMO, these straps combined with a draped bodice really accentuates curves and a slim waist, more so than a strapless dress ever could.
