Four months later… here she is!
The center is a .4 ct round brilliant from my FI’s grandmother. The setting is by Beverly K – six prongs, cathedral, with milgrain detailing. It has a total of 29 diamonds. Fiance has decided he wants to upgrade the center stone once we are settled, and I said “well, it has 29 diamonds, so you don’t have to upgrade it for 29 more years!” His response: “How about when you’re 29??” He’s great 🙂 Read our proposal story here: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/the-proposal-7/#new-post
Let me say, it is HARD to get good ring pics! Even after a few months, I still try photoshoots in different places 🙂 And as we all know, these pics don’t really do it justice.
Also sorry they are sideways!

It’s really beautiful! I love the setting – I’m a sucker for milgrain! But just exceptionally pretty. Very feminine.

That is beautiful! Your setting looks a lot like mine and I think your center stone looks bigger than .4 (not that there is anything wrong with a .4) in that setting. I definitely would have guessed over half a carat. Anyway, your ring is very pretty, and I agree it is hard to get good pictures!
