That ring is gorgeous! Do you have a certain budget in mind so we can find realistic suggestions? Sometimes rings like that (detailed, wide wedding rings) can be pricey.

I’d visit 3 local jewelers that do custom work and have them do a quick sketch with a pricing estimate. It will cost you a few hours of your time, but at least you’ll know whether or not it’s within the realm of possibility. You can also check Etsy, as many of the sellers on there are willing to make custom pieces or tweak current designs to meet your specifications.

@Mrs. Fireworks:  I love that one!

OP, I have a rose gold/white gold engagement ring, and have found a lot of really nice rose/white gold rings that look really nice.  I will see if I can find you the name of the jewellry designer who specializes inthem, she is quite well known locally here and does amazing work, and not at all overpriced.

instead of a big ring, why don’t you get a few different 2mm stacking bands?  that way, if you want more bling, put them all on. if you want less bling, choose one or two.    and you could add to the collection over the years and mix and match at your whim!

Contact French Jewelry in SF. It’s in the Jewelry Mart, where jewelry is basically wholesale prices, and they do incredible work: http://www.yelp.com/biz/french-jewelry-san-francisco. They’ll custom make anything you want at amazing prices. I promise I don’t even work for them! Ha. I’ve received two rings from them (mine are on their photos with my name, Julie E) as graduation gifts from my parents, and my aunt has bought many pieces from them.
