I just went for my second fitting of my dress, and it looks awesome! It looks so much better than when I first got it (I ordered online). I’m so excited. Going for my final fitting next month. 🙂
The only problem is, the dress is strapless. And now it fits so well that I am getting that little “squish”… I don’t know if anyone else has that problem, but the little fat that squishes over the back of the dress? Yeah, i’m not liking it…
Does anyone have any tips on exercises to get rid of this area? 🙂

I think that some back and shoulder exercises should help with that. Things like flys and shoulder press. Also, pushups.
Also, do you think that you could let the dress out a little at the top so it doesn’t squish you so much?

Tricep dips helped too. Also, we taught Mr. DG how to cover me with his hand (without looking awkward or posed) so that no back fat was in sight. Might want to practice that trick!

Wow, Mrs. DG…that is such a good idea. That is so cute that Mr. DG would do that. I can just picture him being totally conscience of where he put his arm. Ha.
