You guys rock, seriously. Next question then, if I go with number 2 (or a style similar) how should I do my hair? It’s medium/long and dark brown. I’m going to be wearing my mama’s pearl necklace and earings come hell or highwater, so that takes care of accessories.

I love #2. If you wear your hair up in an elegant updo, it will keep you from looking too “young,” although I agree with Mollytov that you should rock the youthful look while you’ve still got it!

I LOVE gown #2 !!
As for your hair, I think a loose, low ponytail would look gorgeous. It would be effortless but still elegant, esp with your pearls! Here are some examples.
I love the brunette’s hair in this pic!!

I was thinking a side bun, since I *sometimes* wear my hair in a side bun (nothing near this fancy) and I don’t want to look too unusual (like a big fancy up do) maybe this ish?:

Dress 1 was my second choice! I think the fullness of the skirt would suit your western wedding.

First, we really need to see the dresses on you. #2 is a pretty dress but that bodice has to fit perfectly.
Your wedding is still a year away–keep looking. You aren’t sold on either dress. What about something like this? This is Maggie Sottero Karena Royale, but just about every vendor has a version.

Dress #2 I love! I think it would suit your venue better too. I say embrace the playfulness!

Love the second dress!I think it’s more appropriate for your age and theme. And after all, what’s wrong with being 20? How I wish I was a younger bride!!!I say, take advantage of your youth, in fact….show it!And I really like the hairstyles you were thinking about.Very fresh and sophisticated at the same time!
