I didn’t send thanks for coming to the wedding.  I figured that feeding them and thanking them for coming the day of was enough.

I lost track of them. I was using the cards as a guest list when doing thank yous. So if they came and didn’t bring a card I didn’t send one. I also went a very non traditional route and sent photo thank you cards that had a note from my husband and I on it. I wrote on the backs of select guests that were a bigger part of our day. I went around at the wedding and personally thanked everyone for coming and talked with them. I felt bad about it at first but now going around during the holidays we are on a TON of people’s fridge! No one really noticed the difference!

We did not send thank yous to those people because we already thanked them for coming in person at the wedding.

We sent thank yous to everyone who came whether they gave a gift or not about a month after the wedding. Since so many people came from so far away (cross country and Canada), we thought it was a good and easy thing to do!
