I wish that they didn’t start daylight savings in November and then we wouldn’t have these problems now in March!

I was falling asleep all the way to work this morning! I’m so totally out of it right now and look like a mess. Bags under my eyes, bad hair day, wearing a what was I thinking outfit, feeling blaahhhhh Stupid time change!

I like the fall back but spring forward stinks for me. I am surviving on 2.5 hours of sleep. My body doesn’t like waking up at 5:15 am when it usually would be 4:15am 🙁

I would have to agree… I do love the extra hour of sunlight, but man… The time change just kicks my butt for about a week!!

It takes a couple of weeks to get used to…but I LOVE it. As a SADD sufferer who desperately misses the sunshine in the winter (this winter was ROUGH…let me tell you) I will be glad to have some daylight hours left after work. Already I can feel my mood lifting and energy level rise as a result of sunnier days. YAY for DST =)

@okqueenbee…I just tell people that I hibernate during the winter…lol. If next winter is anything like this one was…I will finally be investing in one of the lamps that mimic the sun’s rays. My Dr. has been pestering me for the past few years to get one.
