Uuuftah. I think that’s how it’s phenetically spelled. Today was brutal for me. Day 3, week 3 done. I missed yesterday so I’m not sure if today my brain and body was still on a break or what, but everything felt like lead and it was hard. Not my best performance, but a performance none the less.
@7: sounds like you’re still super motivated to finish your training plan!!! Keep up the good work!

@longdistanceco_ca – we all have days like that – the trick is to make yourself do the workout anyway, and you did! That’s an accomplishment (especially for Level 3!!!)
Today is the “quick” NMTZ for me – basically you cut the workout short, ending after the circuit that has the surrenders. I am hoping to go to Zumba tonight with a friend too! I WILL get to my goal!

Boom. That workout felt great. Yesterday everything felt like lead and I could barely complete the modified moves. Today, I was doing most of the advanced moves at least for a small period of time (if not the full 30 secs). I love it when workouts go how you want them to go. Week 3, day 4 complete. And only 16.5 days left till the wedding! Almost there! How are the rest of you doing?

@longdistanceco_ca – NICE WORK! Love it! It’s amazing the difference a day can make! I’ve got 30 Day Shred L2 today for my Slimdown Challenge – and I’m happy to report I’m OUT OF THE 130’s! Today I weighed in at 129.4! Wootwoot!

so I started Ripped 6 days ago, I’ve done 5 workouts (one more and Level 1 is over!), and I can already see a difference! there are ab lines where there didn’t used to be lines! I have a 3.75 pack… 6 pack, here I come! boudoir photos are scheduled for Nov. 25th, so I’ve got 2 months to get in tip-top-naked-ready shape

So after 1 year, I finally got started on Ripped in 30!
I’ve just completed week 2, having exercised 5 days a week. I hated week one, it made my legs very sore. I read that week 2 was supposed to be worse and the moves were indeed tougher but throughout week 2 I hardly felt sore at all! I don’t know if I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough or what, haha. I admit to modifying one already-modified move, hahaha.
In terms of results so far, I see myself getting more toned but in terms of inch loss I see about 3/4 of an inch off my waist only? The rest of the areas seem to measure the same. My hips and butt which is my problem area measures almost the same but it is much more taut. Unusually, my bust size actually increased by 1.5″ hahaha…I don’t know if it’s because I have muscles to pull my boobs up now or what.
In terms of weight, I was originally 51.5kg/113.5 pounds but I seemed to have gained 1kg over the course of the workout…not sure if it’s muscle weight. It’s a little disappointing since everyone else seems to have great results but I will perservere till the end!
