You’ll feel so much better once you’re done! Just have plenty of water on hand. I skipped yesterday for no good reason at all and am not happy about it.

Sooo much plank in level 2! Not too much in level 3, and when there is it’s a piece of cake comparatively. I felt like level 2 hurt my wrists a lot even though I’ve never had wrist issues before. I have a bad knee, ankle and shoulder all from sports/dance related injuries in middle and high school that just won’t go away but aren’t affected by this workout, but level 2 just killed my wrists!

@7SEVENJ9: It went well. I enjoyed it. I had been trying to do Insanity and it was just way too hard for me. This is more my style. 🙂 Im slightly sore today but not to the point that I can’t do the workout!

I’m buying my copy today after work! Feeling very motivated! Do you ladies still go to the gym? Or just do the video and do cardio outside? I’m thinking about canceling my membership

I have an annual gym membership to the gym in my building, so when I started doing this DVD I stopped going, but then pushed myself to do the extra cardio on the elliptical since I was already paying for it! I wish I liked running outside and could get my cardio in that way, but for some reason I’m not a big fan of running anymore. I’m only in my mid-20s but my rightknee thinks it’s much older and can’t handle the concrete for very long.

I started the 30 Day Shred yesterday morning.  I did Level 1 yesterday and today.  My goal is to do 30DS Mon – Fri and then once on the weekends (plus additional cardio at the gym 3 to 4 times a week).  Hoping I see some results soon.  I’m looking more for toning with the 30DS and weight loss with the elliptical at the gym.  I have about 10 lbs, or so, to lose until I hit my goal weight.
