Oh my entire family hated Dale. The stuff he wanted was so unrealistic… I do not believe people would act like that in a zombie apocalypse. He was always wanting to do stuff that would risk the group just to help out total strangers, waste food, ammo, whatever.

We got the Walking Dead computer game and played like total badasses hahaha. No mercy to strangers or people we didn’t like. It’s an awesome game by the way!

@Pinkmoon:  I hate the break too!!

@peachacid:  I totally hear what you are saying about Michonne, when they had her first appear, I was sooo excited, what a badass character, holding two zombies on a leash, and she’s black which I was also excited about, seriously lacking strong black female roles in most series…

and then, they just misused her, she’s so silent, and dare I say lame.

    pissed me off.

    I also hate Andrea. I also hate(d) r.i.p. Lori.

I know I’ve seen this on social media, so I’m not alone in this observation, but what’s with this killing and then replacing black male characters?

I haven’t started Season 2 yet, so I voted other. I LOVE the show so far, though! Now leaving the thread before I see any spoilers. 😉

@MissNoodles:  Yes, I know what you mean, the end of the world having to fight for survival with kids and people present stresses me out too. I have a breakdown when I think of it too hard, imagining the children and I running from bloodthirsty zombiesm, I have had serious end of society as we know it nightmares.

@hyperJulie:  questionf for the ages. what’s with the killing off of black characters, what with the lack of minority characters in most things, I love Glen, and I also applaud the fact that they have strong asian male character as well, I think in all the statistics, Asian males are the most ignored representation from all media genres.

but yeah Michonne, what happened. I wanted her to so badly be the one I have been waiting for. Her image was all about it, the writers didn’t do her any favors for sure.

YAY!!!! Finally! This is one of the FEW shows that Fiance and I enjoy together (This one and Dexter). The other shoes he will watch with me because I enjoy them and I watch his shows with him just to spend time with him. But Walking Dead is BOTH of our show!!!!

@ChuckNorris:  You love…pregnant people?  Even pregnant people who stupidly risk their own lives for no reason?

@Pinkmoon:   I think Dale was a realistic character, though, despite his wanting things that others saw as unrealistic.  When/if a zombie apocalypse (or any other sort of apocalypse) happens, it will not be gradual but immediate.  People are not going to immediately become cold-blooded killers because it’s necessary — there will be those who still want everyone to get along.  In fact, if everyone would stop being so violent on the show, it would make it a lot easier to ward off the zombies!

@ChuckNorris:  I hated Lori because I felt like she played the sides of both Rick and SHANENear the end of SHANE’s demise, she played into his whole game, it seemed to me like she goaded him to get jealous and set him off.  Not saying SHANES character was an angel, he was a sick individual, however she contributed to that fact as well. And then the whole whoa-as-me attitude when Rick kind of had his anger finally take ahold of him. It made me sooo mad at her. I was never a fan. I thought SHANE was reaaaaallly fine though. I think I would’ve hooked up with him too haha!!! I mean damn.

Someone made a really funny point although totally off topic,  Why does Carol’s hair never grow.
