I used thermography on my invitations – got them through a local invitation company.  Try checking out some local places and seeing if they do thermography.  Most places will work with a printer so its a good chance they do this.  It wasnt anywhere near the price of letterpress and I loved how it looked.  I used a chocolate brown lettering and the thermography gave it a touch of glimmer that looked great on the paper.
