Q-tips—I won’t tell you everywhere I stick them, but you can imagine.  I find a use for them all over the place!!!!!  I get them for free too, so I have a lifetime supply!

Revlon PhotoReady Foundation – I love this stuff!  Only $10 at the drugstore and works better than foundations that I’ve tried that we’re over $60!

CoverGirl Exact Lash mascara – LOVE it and it’s SO cheap!

Nars Orgasm blush – turned out to be the perfect shade for me!

Monistat Chafing Gel as primer.  LOVE it!  Only $7 a tube and works just as well as the Smashbox stuff.

And of course I’d be remiss if I didn’t give out a shout out to my good ole’ Chapstick Lip Moisturizer (blue tube) – I haven’t found ANYTHING better.

1. I have to use Paul Mitchel leave-in conditioner! Otherwise my long hair gets all dry and tangled. I’ve tried other brands of the same price range with no dice.

2. Burt’s Bees lip balm. Minty and fabulous.

3. Physicians Formula organic mineral foundation. They actually make a shade pale enough for my skin. (I can avoid the orange face, white neck look.)

4, Benetint and Posietint lip and cheek stains. They are AWESOME but kind of pricey. Benetint adds a rosy blush and Posietint adds a sweet pink tint– both colors stay on almost all day. They make me seem more alert on Monday morning 🙂

5. Sunscreen for face. I wear it all year long.

Rosebud lip balm – I have them ALL over the place!!

Out The Door top coat for nails – it’s the best out there I swear and it keeps your nails so shiny they always look wet.

Covergirl last blast mascara – I have zero eyelashes and this makes me at least decent. I want to try the new Rimmel mascara too that looks good.

I’ve also recently discovered CeraVe products. I have really dry skin on my legs and I went to my dermatologist because I was constantly scratching and I made my shins bleed. I’m afraid of it scarring and at one point I looked like a 7yr old boy with black & blues and cuts all over my legs. My Derm suggested CeraVe moisturizer – it’s a little more expensive (like Cetaphil) but I buy the bucket so I get more out of it than the tube. It’s a miracle moisturizer, I swear!

Ditto Nars Orgasm blush. That stuff is amazing.

MAC eyeshadow in Shroom and Jest. I’ve used this combination for years and it looks amazing for daytime or for night.

I’ve got a bunch.

  1. Monistat Chafing Gel. It’s the same formula as Smashbox Photofinish Primer for a fraction of the price.
  2. Urban Decay Priming Potion. It makes my shadow stay on forever, and even makes the color a bit deeper.
  3. Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream. Works so well on my frizzies.
  4. Nars Orgasm Blush. This shade looks so good on everyone.
  5. Benefit High Beam. Best highlighter out there.
  6. Cover Girl LashExact mascara. One of the only drugstore cosmetics I wear on a regular basis.
  7. Too Faced eyeshadow in Label Whore. Only for nights out, though – it’s too dark for daytime.
  8. VO5 Conditioner – it’s like $1 a bottle and I don’t use it on my hair, but to shave my legs. It’s so much cheaper and works so much better than real shaving gel.

@Dancy905 – I’ve been using the Rimmel Glam’Eyes and it’s pretty good.  I’ve tried so many expensive mascaras and I always come back to Rimmel.

Some of my favorites (aside from that):

Paul Mitchell Strengthening Shamp/Cond – My hair actually looks like I have a lot of it and shiny.

Schwarzkopf True Silver shampoo – GREAT for toning the brass out of blonde highlights.

I too am in favor of Q-tips and Vaseline.

I also enjoy Johnson & Johnson Lavender baby wash for my bubble baths.
