Mine is a 1.2 carat solitaire oval on a 1.5mm band (6.75 ring size). It’s also from Stuller! My original band was set too-high for my liking and was a little too thick for my style. Was concerned it would be too thin and delicate, but it’s been great so far and doesn’t catch much at all.

Mine is the crown engagement ring from James Allen.    It’s a very subtle taper from 1.9 mm at the widest point underneath to 1.5 at the top. My wedding band is a plain yg 2 mm band from James Allen.  I like simple and low set.

First thing CONGRATS on your engagement! What an exciting time! I was so happy SO was more than happy to let me help in the ring picking process. I picked a low set milgrain bezel setting for my ring. Its the Imogen from Brilliantearth.com. I believe the band is 1.7mm. I absolutely adore it!

I have a rose cut so it’s almost flat against my finger. I know rose cuts aren’t very popular here or in the real world but low profile was super important to me.

kimchipizza :  I freaking LOVE rose cuts! I originally wanted a rose cut from the True Gem, but I wanted a band that would sit flush and not have curves if I had to wear the band by itself so I ultimately went with a more traditional style ring.
