i went to a wedding that was held at a private home in Summerlin (like a 10,000 sq ft home that they rented for the weekend).  everyone thought they spent $60k on the wedding, but they really spent about 25k.  they had an event designer, which they swore by, but she found them amazing deals and did as much of the work herself with her team to save $$

if i remember correctly, they rented the house through http://www.vrbo.com if that wasnt the actual site, you can find the same info there.  its FAR cheaper and most rent for the weekend so you and your bridal party have somewhere to stay.

Hi, Were you the person who was looking for a Las Vegas venue about a week or so ago?  I started looking up info, for you? and then I didn’t know who to respond to. . .if it was you, I am sorry.  What did you have in mind for style/colors/price etc?  Feel free to PM me with more information.  I love helping out just for fun!  🙂  Rhonda

I’m getting married in Las Vegas and the venue that I’m getting married in may not be on the strip but its beautiful and very reasonable.   its called Lakeside Weddings and Events.  Go to http://www.lakesideweddings.com.  I’ve been working with Felicia and she is absolutely amazing and will work with you on EVERY detail.
