How many do you have to address?

You could do printable labels, I know some people think they look tacky, but I don’t think many people look at the envelope, other than to see who it’s from, then it hits the trash.

That sounds like a lot of work for yourself! I wouldn’t spare too much time on the envelopes, I don’t think many people pay much attention to them.

I printed mine out on paper, then used a calligraphy pen and a light box to trace them onto the envelopes. It wasn’t much more work than hand writing, and looked a lot nicer.

@hartmamp:   I am hand-addressing 125. I think you could easily do 75! If youre nervous about mistakes, write them with pencil first! Here are some cute, creative ways to address them without having to be a handwriting pro.

I had the same problem.

Then Fiance made me move, sat down, and did them all himself! Perfectly! On the first try!

How is your Fiance with technology!

@MeiFrancis:  What pen did you use? I decided last night that this is the method I’m going to do. Also, what kind of lightbox? I saw Joann’s has one for really cheap – like $15? I was thinking of using that, but not sure if I need a better/more intense light box.

@ThatOneGirl9613:  That one should be fine. Remember to use a coupon! I just used a basic calligraphy pen from Michaels. If you ask the employees, they may be able to reccomend one. I would get one that dries fast and is less likely to be smudged.

@MeiFrancis:  You’re awesome – thank you! I will definitely use a coupon. I am waiting until closer to a holiday to see if they put out another 50% off coupon, but worst case is I get 40% off. Thanks 🙂

@icetea: Did you really invite Stephen King to your wedding? Because that is awesome 🙂
