    Heck are you kidding, if I felt the same way as you I would MOST DEF have a portrait session – no doubt about it…I say go for it Laughing

    Why not?!! This is a good time to do a “Trash the Dress” thing too where you do some shots you might not have done otherwise because you were afraid the dress would get dirty….

    I think it might have been Miss (Mrs) Cherry Pie that did some one year anniversary type photos in her wedding gown.  I say why not???  🙂

    Alternatively, if you’re looking for a good shot of you alone and want to save the money/time of a completely new photo shoot, do you have some shots you like of you with other people? Maybe you can just get someone to do a little Photoshop work so you have solo portraits. My cousin and his wife were terribly let down when they realized they didn’t have a shot they liked of just the two of them so their photographer cropped the bridal party out of a formal portrait and is is not hanging over their fireplace and you can’t tell that it was edited to be just them. I can imagine an ad on Craigslist will find you someone with the skills to do such editing for much cheaper than a whole new photo shoot.
