rachie5478 :  Yes! I like this idea. And I do love love solitaires, but this ring really is tdf! Get a h&a soli for when you want less bling! That is if you can swing it, of course. Maybe even preloved! I say this because I have switched, sold and changed and I have regretted some of it…

ETA I have the solitaire you want I believe. Is it from moissaniteco?

rachie5478 : I love solitaires, but are you sure you won’t miss the finger coverage of the halos? I think the other PP’s are right about just getting an additional ring if you can swing it, so you can switch the rings based on your preference for the day. I have a 1/2 ct plain solitaire and a 1 ct in a more elaborate setting and I adore being able to choose which one to wear based on my moods. It keeps me from getting bored and increases my appreciation for each ring. Win-win in my eyes 🙂

rachie5478 :  I like both the halo & solitaire styles but Solitaires are my favorite of the two. What style wedding band will you be wearing?

team halo here, it is beautiful the way it is and i think you may miss the “big bling” look, i would get the moissy solitaire and wear it for a while to see how you feel…..but im sure you will go back to what you have….a solitaire will be lost on you after that beauty

I think it woud be super practical and you could wear your ring and not have to worry about losing stones. You could wear the double halo/sapphire ring on date nights and when you go out! 🙂

I have a double halo cushion cut dark pink sapphire ring similar to your for my right hand and get SO MANY compliments on it … then you would have two beautiful rings!
