My engagement ring is a pricess cut center stone with round diamonds on the band.  I will probably get a wedding band to match the round stones.  I’ve gotten a lot of compliments for the uniqueness.  I think in the end you should get what you like because you’re the only one that will wear it

I have a princess solitare too, and when it came to looking at wedding bands, I hated the look of princess stones.  I ended up choosing a shared-prong style band with small round stones.  It’s subtle and understated and doesn’t overpower my engagement ring, which is exactly what I wanted.

I would just suggest trying many bands on and going with whatever you like the look of the most.  There’s no rules when it comes to wedding rings! Good luck!

Do what you feel is pretty. ๐Ÿ™‚ You are the one who is going to be wearing it everyday.

Side note.. My engagement ring was really hard to match to a wedding band. So it took some time to find something that worked well with it. When you try the perfect wedding band on you will know. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I have a princess cut e-ring and my wedding band is an eternity with princess cut channel set stones (exactly what you don’t want lol), and I happen to like the way they compliment each other and fit together. But I agree with other posters that they definitely don’t need to match–try on some options and see what you think!
